Dropping Your Price...Too Late
You may have noticed lately terms like 'Reduced' or 'New Price’ are being used more and more often. This is due to the constantly changing market. The housing market is changing on a monthly and even daily basis – and I’ve got the graphs to prove it. As your Realtor, I will do my best to keep you informed on any significant changes in this volatile market. If a price reduction has to happen because the market is indicating so-it's better to act sooner then later.
