We hadn't planned on selling for another year until we spoke to Thomas about it. We knew from our past two experiences buying and selling through him that his judgement was sound and reasoning solid. We recently took an exciting step forward in our lives to buy our first home together. After 4 months of working with another realtor the excitement had soon turned to frustration.

As a first time home seller my wife and I were not to sure what to expect or who to call. From observing Thomas Keeper's proven track record in Regal Park and his website we decided to go with Thomas.

Right from the start he was very prompt and professional. Thomas exuded confidence without coming across as arrogant and did not feed us any hollow sounding lines. Most important he knew our property, the complex and the features of the area well enough for us to have confidence in him as our realtor.

When we decided to sell our condo in Regal Park, my wife and I had no doubt that we would go with the realtor who was selling the most units and getting the best prices. What we didn’t realize was that when you list with Thomas Keeper you get the services of more that just on person. At first I didn’t put to much thought into the value of Thomas’s team but the day after meeting with Thomas, his team spent an entire afternoon in our house updating things from lighting to the handles on the kitchen cabinets. This inexpensive work increased the house’s appearance and allowed Thomas to get our asking price in only 9 days.

I originally believed that Thomas Keeper was only a ‘Regal Park Specialist’ and that we should use someone who ‘specialized’ in the area we were looking to move into to help us find our new home. After unsuccessfully trying to find a house with others, we turned to Thomas. On the first and only day of house hunting with Thomas, he asked us what we were looking for and then he showed us to a wide variety of houses that met our criteria. He listened to all of our comments so that he could form a picture in his head about what we were looking for. We returned to his office where he combined his knowledge of what we were looking for with the resources his team provides to him to short list three houses for us. One of the houses was exactly what we were looking for, and unlike my other house buying experience, it was well below what we were looking to spend. In half a day, Thomas has accomplished more for us than the other realtor had in weeks.

When most people thing about realtors they think about someone helping them find a house or bringing them a buyer for the house they are selling. What is often forgotten is the paperwork that happens after the offers have been made and accepted. By using Thomas Keeper and his team, there was always someone in his office to answer our questions and get appropriate information to the parties involved (buyer’s agent, seller’s agent, banks, layers, etc).

I would recommend Thomas Keeper and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He is more than just ‘The Regal Park Specialist’.
